We agree to comply with all policies and regulations of the school. We will not hold Shubanjali school of performing arts, their board of directors, teachers, affiliates, or the employees responsible for any legal liability/ medical cost arising due to injuries to our child/ children incurred on the premises or during performances or for any injury during activities that result during classes or outside the scope of Shubanjali.

Fees:

It will be collected per semester and due within the first two weeks of each semester. The no. of classes for each semester will be notified. The check will be made payable to “Shubanjali school of performing arts”
